Shipping
All United States (lower 48 states) orders are shipped our choice of shipper
and insurance is provided. International, APO or FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam
and Puerto Rico orders are shipped USPS airmail. In the case of refunds and
returns, the greater of charged or actual shipping will be used for calculating.
Orders weighing over 2 pounds must ship to a physical address. If your billing
address is a P.O. Box, please provide us with a physical address for delivery
on orders over 2 pounds.
Return Policy
Do not ship items back to us without authorization. A note accompanying your
return, or an email telling us it is being returned does not
constitute authorization. Some products cannot be returned. These include opened
products that were shipped sealed; herbs, oils and perfume, bath & body
products of any nature; sale or clearance items; and anything else that we could
not resell due to compromise or possible compromise of product integrity. No
refunds will be sent for unauthorized returns, and these items will not be shipped
back.
Please make your selections carefully and contact us with any questions you
may have. You must notify us of a problem within 3 days of receiving the order,
and we will review return requests on a case by case basis. Returned items must
be in saleable condition. Upon receipt and approval of the returned item(s),
you will be refunded through your credit card, PayPal, or check from us, for
the cost of the item minus shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking
fee, unless other arrangements have been made between us.
We do NOT refund shipping and handling charges in either direction under any
circumstance.
Occassionally, a package is damaged in transit. If you checkout through the
shopping cart system, and have it shipped within the lower 48 US, insurance
is included in your package's shipping cost. We feel this is the safest way
to handle insurance as we have no control over the handling of mail once it
leaves our hands. If your order is to be shipped to Canada or International,
there may not be insurance, as this option is not available. We do make every
effort to pack your items as we would want them shipped to us. We will make
every effort to satisfy you if an insurance claim results; however, we require
that you cooperate with the paperwork and inspection of packages when required
or we cannot help you.
We do not give credit, refunds or replace product for anything included in
any order which does not have insurance.
Refused Orders & Orders Returned by the Shipping Company for Insufficient
Address or No Response to Delivery Attempts
If an order is refused, or if the address you give us is not sufficient for
delivery, or the item is returned to us by the delivery company because you
did not respond to delivery attempt notices, and the item is returned to us,
you are responsible for shipping charges in both directions (the greater of
shipping charged or actual shipping incurred by us) and a 25% restocking fee.
You will be refunded as per above once these fees are deducted from this payment.
We will contact you once to inquire as to the status of your package. If you
wish it re-shipped an additional $5.00 handling, plus the greater of actual
shipping/originally charged shipping, plus any fees the shipping company charges
us for their inconvenience, must be paid before we ship again.
In the case of insufficient address, you will be refunded via PayPal (regardless
of how you made payment originally) because if we cannot get your product to
you, then we cannot get your refund to you any other way, either. In the case
of refused orders, you will be reimbursed as above via a check sent to the billing
address of the credit card, or the address printed on your check/money order,
or a PayPal or credit card reimbursement after restocking fee of 25% - our choice
regardless of how payment was originally made.
We highly recommend inputting your complete, correct shipping information.
This includes the St., Blvd., Ave., Dr., Pl., Terr., Suite, Apt., and any other
designation (such as E,S,W,N especially if there is an E & W or N & S to your street) as the delivery people get a little irritable about trying
to guess which side of town someone lives on and usually just return the package
to the sender. Including all information deemed necessary for delivery to your
home/office by the USPS/UPS is greatly appreciated. Doing so will avoid having
to worry about an insufficient address completely. |
